Maybe. SP will do that if Crest prints up T shirts that say: "a bad SP team beat our A##, and all I got was this crappy T shirt"
This will be the toughest test of the year for the young Storm. SC has a good team but to beat the Huskies they will need to win the turnover battle, control the clock, and take away the big plays from Huss. I know those seem obvious, but SC has a good defense and an improving offense which has obviously found its way the last couple of weeks. The Huskies has speed for days and an aggressive, attacking style that can pull away from SC if they lose focus. I'm calling this one a pick 'em tonight. As a side note, its amusing to see South Point fans having to pull for SC! Aside from their sour grapes that they didn't get the new school, its got to be frustrating to know that their dynasty beginning its downward spiral and will only continue over the next few years while SC is trending upward and with the looks of an undefeated JV team, Mount HOlly middle in the Gaston county championship game, and young players starting and contributing on the varsity now, it is forming a new powerhouse of its own.
Tough game for both sides. I'm saying it comes down to SC defense vs HH offense. I think Huss will come out strong, but with an SC defense limiting them in yardage and multiple 3 and outs, they will make the Huskies bicker amonst themselves pointing fingers, allowing the slow SC offense to squeak a few points in.

People still do not realize how good Huss really is. We were called idiots after we played them because we bragged. They have beaten SP and the losses are by a combined 9 points I think. Not too shabby.
HH is a good team. SP significantly out gained them in the game, but HH made all of the plays when they had to. HH has already had the talent, but Graham is a good coach and is getting something out of those kids.
You are right egfan. Graham went over as the OC a couple of years ago after doing a great job at Grier Middle. Assume that he is still there. HH is a much more disciplined team over the past several years.
The S. Cramer fans got a little bit of a reality check Friday night. SC had some success against a very weak schedule and they were exposed a little bit Friday night. It's going to take a few more years to be consistently competitive with some of the better schools. Get a big win first than talk trash.
Wham you are the Huskies. You will get into the playoffs and do what you do best....embarrass the entire conference. As far as the championship game. HH will not be involved. Winning a watered down Big South championship does not give HH automatic state championship appearance. Watching SP get there year in and year out may cause you to believe that but SP has been there because they were good. Huss is not good......not even close.
Please do not embarrass the rest of the conference. Take you butt whipping and go home.

Good one again. Your 13 posts as a wannabee is really creating some entertainment to a boring year on these boards. Keep up the funny work. And when you are eliminated in the first round, you can come see a not so good SP team in the second round and maybe the third.
And congratulations again to Huss on their super bowl win over SP this year. Huss earned it, but you have to give a big assist to SP in not taking the opportunities that were given them. But to think SP hasn't improved and that Huss would roll over them now, that is really hilarious. Be very happy that we do not meet again in the playoffs.

Wham I hope they have gotten better. The HH team we saw wasn't very good they just got lucky. Lucky wins some games but not being very good loses a lot. Enjoy the luck, it has got to be better than sitting at home cutting out paper dolls during the post season.
