I agree. Three starters on Oregon are all transfers!!’ Omoryuti from RU, Williams from Duquesne and Figueroa from St John’s. Dana Altman gets around

I'm enjoying this.

Omoruyi playing well but his team getting slaughtered is actually the optimal result.

I thought Omoryui developed into some offensive juggernaut? Scoring some points but looks like the same player.

USC makes threes they can give Zags trouble.
I agree. As well as Gonzaga shoots the ball from deep, where they really separate themselves is their ability to get easy two-point looks right at the basket. USC’s got the 2nd best two-point defense in the country — Mobley in particular should really be able to neutralize a lot of what Gonzaga is good at

Karma bit Omoruyi in the ***, didn’t it.

He left Rutgers because he believed he needed help that didn’t exist at Rutgers, yet here he is essentially losing because he got no help.

You're so wrong about him its not even funny.
Meh. Plays hard. Good around the rim, plays D. All the the things I saw at RU. Little more. Had a nice game but NBA? No way. He will make some cash overseas probably. Who knows.

And in the end, ends up winning the same number of tournament games as Rutgers.

Love watching him play though. If this was his last college game, hell of a performance to go out on.

I love how SC hired Mobley’s father. He doesn’t even coach. He just cheerleads. Such an SC move.
I don't know how much he coaches, but for anyone who doesn't know, USC hired Eric Mobley as an assistant coach in 2018 when his sons were both 5 star HS recruits in California... Older brother Isaiah was a top 20 national recruit and a top 5 rated power forward in the class of 2019, while younger brother Evan was a top 3 national recruit and the number 1 rated center in the nation in the class of 2020... Amazingly, both players followed their father to USC... (wink).

Wonder how far USC would've progressed in the tournament this year if a different school had hired Eric Mobley in 2018...

I didn’t watch but happy EO had another solid game. Sounds like he needed better coaching to keep them in the game. Maybe some Defense would have helped. Was USC a 2 seed? Lol

Makes one wonder if Eugene sticks around and McClung is on board are we a Final Four team? Or not enough basketballs to go around?

Eugene played well but talk about ungrateful. Glad he lost.
Altman underrated coach.
