Southern Conference has been very good these last few years.

Wofford knocked off Seton Hall last year and gave Kentucky a run.

UNC Greensboro led Gonzaga late the year before that.

While we should be in, I'm still rooting against potential bid thieves this week, as too much craziness in conference tournaments could be bad for us. It's such a weird year- this is the first time I've ever rooted against more mid-majors getting into the NCAA Tournament!!

ETSU was the last potential "bid stealer" unless one happens in the top 9 conferences. Can't see any of the bad teams making a run in good conferences with the first round buy format in most of these conferences. The American or A-10 would be the only realistic conferences, Top 6 conferences less than 5% chance of a "not in" team winning 4 or 5 games in 4 or 5 days.

St. Louis lurking as predicted.

zero chance, nothing on the resume, beating Richmond isnt going to cut it

matched up with Dayton in the semis, a win there and they are in the finals, they will have to win it all...this league certainly not getting 3 bids.

They played Dayton tough earlier in the year losing in OT at home. It was a great game.

They looked better than ETSU or Wofford. The Zags were very lucky to pull that game out.

Are they a bubble team? The Conf already has 3 in I believe

No..they may not even get picked for NIT due to having to take all regular season conference winners that dont win their conference tourneys. Might not be many bids left after the mediocre sec and acc schools fill up the rest

St. Louis beats Dayton you have a 25-8 team in the A10. They would have to be considered if not in. The exact type of curveball the committee loves too!

San Fran looked very good last night. Sadly a 22-10 that has been way overlooked. Hope they get the NIT invite. Type of p*ssed off team that would win it.

one win will not make a season and if you cant beat Richmond or whoever it is in the final you dont deserve to go. They were swept by Duquesne and lost at Mass....18 of their 22 wins are in Q3 and 4.

Still....Beat Dayton and OT loss to Dayton and 25-8 or 25-9 in A10. Hard pressed to keep them out. Just sayin. Bracketologists sleeping on them.
