Gillespie Out At Asheboro

My wife saw on Facebook that Asheboro has decided to go in a different direction at head coach.

With Gillespie’s resume, aside from Asheboro, he should be able to land a job if he wants another chance.

Four losses by less than a TD. Two losses by less than 16 points. I think I would go to year four based on that, his track record, and finding a better replacement but I have not seen them play which is often the best decision maker.

He’s a heckuva coach. And they paid him premium money. He’ll land somewhere with a school that’s competitive. Asheboro has been a Waterloo for coaches for about forty years.

Hahaha. You and I know that is a fact! Was wondering if there were any redistricting moves or some type of administrative changes that caused things to change. Sometimes it just does not work out.
