This is what I hate about Duke more than anything. Year after year, the media makes them out to be choir boys and they're usually one of the dirtiest teams in college basketball. When things don't go their way they ***** and moan and resort to taking cheap shots at the opponent all while ESPN makes the "Coach K just has them playing really hard" excuse.
How many flagrant fouls have we been called for . What we need is more Duke threads. We are under double figures on the front page.
Worse than the Allen "stomp" for sure. Clear elbow to the back of the kneecap/thigh. Should've been a T or flagrant at least.

Some really need to stop with the Duke obsession. Wasn't really anything real bad there. If it was our player, would we really make a big deal about that? I doubt it. Isn't anything Boogie doesn't do on a nightly basis and I love that guy. Always has a chip on his shoulder. Some of you just watch Duke just so you can ***** about the treatment they get. It is what it is. As long as K is there, they're going to get the big calls and they're going to get a good draw in the tournament. I know it's sickening for us but whadda goin do? First of all, Boogie rarely instigated anything on the court at UK. Most of, well, everything was almost entirely provoked, even the Swapshire elbow. You can certainly make a case and believe he rarely handled it well, but you're completely making apples and oranges comparisons here.
There is no Duke obsession, and I really get sick and tired of seeing people repeat this because Duke is fun to hate - this is a college baseball board; this year in particular they have an extremely unlikable and obviously dirty team. Why would you not want to talk about it and keep it trending. This is the best shot the nation has ever had at forcing the media to expose Duke.
TBH It's kind of addictive at this juncture to point and laugh every time a new "incident occurs". Have you actually met humans? It's called "piling on".
And I don't know if you noticed, maybe you did, but these incidences with Duke are not random and spontaneous incidences. These are dirty players in action, and it's nearly every game. There is nothing wrong with playing with a chip on your shoulder and being a little dirty. I was considered a dirty baseball and football player through college. The problem is, they're at a level where this kind of ish isn't tolerated and they constantly get away with it while others are punished constantly for less.
Thank God for Grayson Allen, he's exposing Duke. He's so stupid, arrogant, and weird that he can't sop himself from being blatantly obvious. He's a blessing for us all.

I'm sorry but this year isn't exposing Duke at all. It's exposing Grayson Allen as a dirty player but it's not exposing Duke for anything. Other than folks on this board, nobody is talking about Duke being dirty, they're talking about Allen being dirty. When Allen leaves, that talk will leave with him. I was half way kidding about the Duke obsession but some folks on here just read the first sentence and not the actual point being made. Pull up the clip of Briscoe doing worse. We're pretty reasonable around here, but we aren't going to just take your word for it.
We don't throw elbows into other dudes' asses (or any other part of their bodies). We also don't trip, and we definitely don't get the typical "home whistle". I love seeing the Puke hate threads - bring 'em on. At least they aren't threads kissing their ***.
