Heard he will be weighing in at 240-250 by the start of fall camp. Makes me wonder if he could learn to play inside this fall to provide depth and maybe play there in passing situations.

It'll be interesting to see if he is really good to go. At one point, it was thought his career may be over from the injury. Glad to hear he is healthy, and hoping it is true.

If he says he's good to go, he's good to go. I trust him over an anonymous internet message board poster.

Getting back Gifford is going to be huge for this defense. Yeah we like to talk about the new guys coming in, but Gifford is a solid player and with improvements across the whole defense, could look a lot better even than he was last year.

Good to hear, him and Dixon would bring some serious speed to the LBs. I’m guessing Dixon, A Davis, Guy Thomas and Gifford are our OLBs and Young, Roberts, Webber, Honas and Barry ILBs? I’m sure I’m missing a few potential starters there.

You are leaving out Ferguson

Miller will make a run at Davis' starting spot

G Thomas has a ways to go
