I know that was sarcastic but I believe the certification date is 11/20. These potential military ballots and provisonal ballots will go into next week at the minimum to be counted. With this narrow of a margin, it is stupid to call the state. It is going to be very tight until the very end.

I saw 8800 military and 3500 provisional, but the vast majority in Fulton.....

Also, both Benning and Stewart have been in deep blue counties for Biden this year....

As I understand it and watching WSB, there are 17k military ballots that COULD come in but they are estimating about half. That makes sense from the discussion from the election official and the commentators explaining it.
