has a major conference team ever been seeded that low? Xavier has to be like WTF?

No, I believe the general rule is 13-16 is reseved for the small schools, and no SEC or other BIG conference has been seeded lower than a 12.

BUT... Noone has ever done what uGA just did.

Nice.. X will kill UGA

like UK or MSU or UPig killed them? You're probably right, but I wouldn't count them out until they're beaten.
