Could be a good game maybe. I don't know much about GT.

I love how they were raving about how great Allen was in their game vs. VCU Friday night. [laughing] How great was he against Kentucky?

GT up 26-21 at the under 8. And of course K lectures the refs during it. Why is that allowed. Not the usual barking. I'm ok with that. But the chunks of timeouts spent lecturing ect.

Duke looks very blah again. I hope they lose...more losses UNC, KU and Duke take early on the more we can absorb later on. I do not see a situation last year where almost everyone had less than 3-4 losses coming into Selection Sunday. We have more margin for error this year to get the #1 overall see and to get to the Louisville REgion.

I haven't watched much Duke, outside our game, but I've enjoyed watching that Thornton kid. He's seems pretty smooth. I still haven't seen Ingram do anything overly impressive, how has he been looking? This year and next will be the true measuring stick to how K has adapted to the OND game.

Everytime Allen does anything Dickie V chimes in with He's A Star-- He's Special--ect: he is going to run out of superlative's before the 1st half ends.

Duke is not a top 10 team, and I don't think they will be all season. Wouldn't surprise me if they lose double digit games.

May be time for Kentucky fans to re-calibrate the Duke win. They ain't all that good. It was still a solid win, but not a Top 5 titanic struggle.
I agree, given how they have looked against VCU and Georgetown. However, it is important to remember that we should have blown them out, and we beat them at their game (i.e., perimeter play), so even with us not having the ability to exploit Duke's weakness (tough interior play), we still handled them. Still, we have a ton to prove. This may end up being the year of a the tough, experienced teams.

He's been using the same handful of superlatives for his entire career. He's perfect for ESPN.

Georgetown has top 15 caliber talent. Smith-Rivera is a very good senior and Copeland is looking excellent so far. No idea how they managed to lose to Radford. On another note, they're tearing up Duke's zone defense.

They will playing like this. Then I'll have to hope they're like you guys from a couple years ago or Michigan State last season. However, one positive is Derryck Thornton seems to be finding his game in New York.

I'd be surprised. Very young with an ultra young PG trying to learn the college game. Green now but I'd expect them to be very good as the season advances.

Ingram might be a good player one day, but today isn't that day. Looks lost.

They aren't great but as good as anyone not named UK . There just isn't any good uber talented teams beyond UK. the top 5 IMO is 1. UK 2. Maryland 3. Iowa St 4. UNC 5. DUke but with that being said the difference between Maryland at 2 and a top 25 team like Texas A&M is almost nihl .

Damn, they just said Allen "risks life and limb" on his drives. What a man.:scream:

I have no idea how Indiana's defense is this year, but if it hasn't improved very much, the Indiana/Duke game may feature five total defensive stops

Duke is streaky. Thornton at PG makes them much better. They're playing pretty good ball in the 2nd half. UK would still beat them by double digits.

If kennard had picked us, who would we have missed out on? Can't imagine trading anyone we got for him.

O'Brien and Vitale don't even try to hide their Duke bias anymore. It's sickening.

Looks like Duke pulled away. Duke is solid...will get better. They are not on UK's level this year though, but I'm not sure anyone is if we are playing our best.

Allen blowing up again. 32 points. Averaging 30 on the season against anyone not named Kentucky
