I'm sure McClung regrets leaving GT for a top 20 team in at worst the second best conference in the nation. TT will be a 5/6 seed, GT had to win the BE tourney and will be a 11/12 seed.

And Texas Tech won with him. His team is better, they didn't have to have Villanova lose their two best players and win a conference tourney to get in. Pretty crazy you're still so salty after all these years.

Kid was the leading scorer on a top 25 team and was 2nd team all conference in one of the best conferences in the country. You're probably one of the same people who said that he would never see the floor in college too. Smh

McClung, in addition to making 2nd team All Big 12, was voted as Newcomer of the Year in the conference.

Honorable mention All-American. I don't believe he's one of eight best players in Big XII or one of best 25 in the country but they're still incredible accomplishments he likely doesn't get at GT.

he’s the same guy that said McClung was overhyped in high school, & that he would take Martinsville’s point guard (don’t know his name) over McClung everyday & twice on sundays.

this was right before McClung dominated the state playoffs his senior year and led Gate City to the state championship.
