That's seems like an extremely odd move for both him and the school. I can only assume there's some academic or girlfriend reason for him to want to go to Ohio State at this point.

Guy is all about clout. He's not a winner. Just wants the title of Ohio State Quarterback.

Has there ever been a D1 QB whose career spanned 7 years and started such few games? Hard to imagine there could be.

How old is he now? 32? And even with the Covid year and a redshirt year that only adds up to six years of overall eligibility. How can he have a seventh year? Or is it just six?

Hell of a lot better stats than that Minnesota QB some are drooling over

Thank god he didn’t transfer to Minnesota or another big ten west school - “fans” would be counting those game as automatic losses with that QB production on the opposing sideline

Amazing how narrow minded the frosturbators around here are. We went from a program that supports the kids, to trashing any of them the drunk ran off

it depends on your value system I guess..

Gebbia goes somewhere else, and is vilified by some fans.. the same fans that supported the worst QB in husker history, in AM.

I dunno.. it all seems sort of backwards..

Sad part is they all couldn’t help but celebrate every time he ran another one off (and then couldn’t even come close to the wins the last staff had that he trashed at every opportunity).

Tua, Sam Ehlinger, Davis Mills, Mac Jones, and Jake Fromm where all in his year. That’s crazy to me kind of considering how long it feels like they’ve been out of college

And remember when we thought we landed the best QB in the class? 😂

Kid just never bulked up. Had a fantastic arm but we had to take out life insurance policies when he took snaps… Note him and Mac were about the same size in HS

Sorry if my comment came off that way. I don't think he'll get on the field for Ohio State, but I don't fault him at all for taking a shot at it.

Like I said in the Chancellor Brewington/NFL Draft thread, these guys have the rest of their lives to stare at a monitor all the livelong day. Play while you can.

Oh well, when they became employees playing for a payday they became more than "theyre just kids". Cant have it both ways boys. But Im sure youll argue why you can. Enjoy that wall youll be talking to.

Vilified? More like people laughing about him going somewhere for a 7th year of college where he again isn't going to play.

But a good move by Ohio State. Bringing in an old veteran backup QB could save their season if they get hit with injuries.
