You all remember them on here...wringing their hands over Trump's tariff policies and warning of "hyperinflation" and/or recession from his tax and spending cuts?
While none of them obviously is around anymore to admit to or defend their grossly distorted and incorrect economic forecasts, the facts do demonstrably reveal how wrong they were.
The latest forecasts from no less than the Federal Reserve prove the point in hard numbers. Leftists meanwhile prove their misguided predictions by their abject silence, and ongoing disappearing act from this forum.
Federal Reserve announces growth rate of real (GDP)
excerpt:
The GDP Now model estimate for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the third quarter of 2025 is 4.2 percent on November 19, up from 4.1 on November 17. After recent releases from the US Census Bureau and the US Bureau of Economic Analysis, a decrease in the nowcast of third-quarter real gross private domestic investment growth from 4.9 percent to 4.8 percent was more than offset by an increase in the nowcast of the contribution of net exports to third-quarter real GDP growth from 0.57 percentage points to 0.78 percentage points.
The next GDPNow update will be on Friday, November 21.

You won't find any of the board's handwringers on the Left coming back on here to refute these hard numbers based on real economic data. They'd rather stick to their familiar smears, fear, lies, and fantasies about Trump and American entrepreneurial Capitalism that BOTH survive and thrive despite their economic/political brainwashing from legacy media.
