Got a little gas war going on near my business with a new discount place offering $1.92. I went to Kroger, $2.02, and got a $.40 per gallon discount that brought it down to $1.62
That's not even remotely true. Doesn't calf, NY and most of the northern states have like $.60-70?$1.99 here but remember, TN has highest state tax on gasoline in US. It's over $ 0.30 I don't recall the exact figure.
I live in upstate NY now. Combined state and local gas tax is 45 cents/ galIn Bama? Wow, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
That explains the price. What's it in the city of NY?I live in upstate NY now. Combined state and local gas tax is 45 cents/ gal
No idea. Gas is actually more expensive in PA. When I drive to Motown, I fill up before crossing PA line because it’s always 10-15 cents more on I-79 from Erie south. That explains the price. What's it in the city of NY?
Wow. No wonder PA is turning into a **** hole. [roll]No idea. Gas is actually more expensive in PA. When I drive to Motown, I fill up before crossing PA line because it’s always 10-15 cents more on I-79 from Erie south.

No way it's the highest. I think Va is .28 and we have a 4% income taxI honestly don't know how they " measure" that but they publicize the crap out of it. We don't have all that emissions stuff that those states do so maybe that the difference.
