I could see it. LSU could pay him, and with Strick leaving, Mullen may really say it's time.

Yes, he may not make a bowl this year, but either you think he's a good coach or isn't. He's got a 7 year track record, so he is what he is: a very good, but abrasive/stubborn coach who won't go all-in on recruiting, but he'll get all he can out of the players he lands. Plus Hevsey will get the 17 out.

To be fair he has beaten every other sec team. Alabama recruits on a whole nother level than MSU and LSU knows that. In theroy you are saying why should Florida hire Scott Stricklin when he has not won a national championship with MSU since NCs are a big deal to Florida. For once Gary makes sense. I dont think LSU will follow through this logic so there is nothing we have to worry about.

I've never been in the fire Mullen boat, hell I want him to stay for a long time. With that being said, I have a feeling that the penn state job will be opening up this year. IF, and only IF, Dan is interviewed I believe he will get it and take it.

when I recall some of Danielson's comments about our team vs Alabama in 2014, I'm surprised he would be complimentary at all.
