That's like $0.83 per issue...hard to imagine $0.83 even covers the shipping since it's a thick magazine.

Hmmmm....I wonder if they're running into some financial difficulties perhaps? I hope not, it's a good little magazine although I think at times they try too hard to be too Southern.

That would be surprising to me if they were having financial difficulty. I love the magazine, and frequently give it as a small gift to business colleagues or other friends. In fact, in my own network of people, most of them are subscribers.

I hope it sticks around, but it has fantastic material.

My favorite magazine. I'm guessing they are doing fine. Almost all of their income comes from advertising, and the larger the circulation, the more you can charge. No doubt they are losing $ on the publishing and shipping costs, but they make it up on advertising revenue.

The woman who started the magazine is a super nice lady. Her husband is the pastor at the church I grew up in, and performed my wedding.

Great people behind that mag.

I already had a subscription, but tried it to test for sending it to a couple of friends, and looks like it is gone. The deal is now $30.35 for two years. Still a pretty good deal. Oh and 1 year for $15.
