I’ve gone down the r/wallstreetbets rabbit hole today. I better understand what those guys are trying to do. It’s still a little anarchistic, but they do have an actual cause and some sound financial reasoning.
Those guys are dead set on holding even though they stand to lose it all, simply because selling (and banking their gains) allows the hedge funds to get out without collapsing. If they don’t sell the hedge funds have nothing to buy.
Tomorrow is going to be crazy. I’m buying some just to go along for the ride.
