It is upon us once again. No matter how old I get I have the same sense of pride and anticipation leading up to the game. I simply could not sleep more than four hours last night. Hitting the espresso doppio questa mattina.

Me too, kept waking up all night. Need major caffeine today. Come on Sooners get up wash the sleep balls out of your eyes because it's time for game day.
Been up since 4 and I'm ready. Road jersey goes on at 2:30 and any interruptions might be met in a bad way... S&W is sharp enough to shave fitty's back, and you don't want to see my knife throwing skills...
Yep, Happy Game Day everyone. The wife & kids asked me what kind of meat I was going to smoke for game day. I told them.... Chili. I don't really want any distractions today with cooking up and serving etc.
But tomorrow, is Pineapple Whiskey Baby Backs, Black Eye Peas w/ Jalepenos, and smoked bacon wrapped cabbage.

I have a great feeling that this game day will be very special. Just about 6 hours from kickoff now, and "amped" is a pretty good description for how I feel.
