Just abysmal execution on offense and defense in that 2min drill. God awful just digging another 10pt hole after climbing back into the game

Down 27-17 at half but at least we look like we can win we play hard and eliminate some careless penalties.
I mean that’s a huge miss. He was manhandled that whole play if you back and watch it and even got turned by it as Holstein stepped up. Not sure how that gets missed and it results in 7 points

Yeah, I’m really disappointed in Moss. He bails out too quickly- his first instinct is to throw the ball away. I’m also disappointed in Jeff’s inability to develop QBs out of high school. We’ve been going with one-year rentals and it looks like we are running out of luck with that approach. Maybe if we can keep Cherry he’s a possibility, but it seems like the guys currently on the roster just aren’t ready.
Really want Deuce / Mimms / Cherry to be able to take the reins here. I’m over the one year rentals unless it’s an elite level guy.
shough was awesome and ended up being an elite guy. Plummer and Moss just do it for me, I would much rather see our HS guys develop and lead the team 2-3 years. Use elite transfers in transition periods if needed
I hope I am wrong but.....we are looking more and more like a 6 and 6 team.
Would it make sense for Duke to Redshirt? How long is it looking like he’s going to be out?

What I loved about that Pitt offensive series is that our defense absolutely brought it on that first down run. If we get a lot more plays like that here in the second half, we can win this game.
Defense is gonna have to pitch a shutout this half for us to win this one. Not driving the ball well enough.
