Game thread-

[kyjeff1]

7 turnovers while force feeding the post, and again, it cost us 3 on the other end.

Cal doesn't guard 3. It is 2022.

[G-PIP]

Is there a mercy rule in basketball?

[Bkocats]

Welp. We are trash. I actually had hope for a second.

Hey..someone in the thread called it earlier
We’d go on a run that would make it look like we had a chance then it would go to hell

[kingdom come cat]

Can you believe we have a coach dumb enough to have not give #3 a few minutes a game all year long. Man that make's you really wonder if can't see that what else are missing. Not saying #3 is the answer but duh!!

[DraftCat]

I'm 30,000' in the air on a 14 hour flight right now.... and I still rather be sitting here than watching UK play it looks like.... what a joke!

[KentuckyStout]

Im giving until the 10 minute mark

I understand completely.

I'm gonna sit through this entire crap sandwich. I don't know why but I am.

[KyLegacyBBN]

I guess guarding the 3 wasn’t in the game plan?

[Big10Cat]

Hey, Oscar. I love ya man. But you gotta step out on Brown.

[UKWildcats1987]

One shining moron. Aka ccc

[TheDude73]

Hey Cal, ever notice how effective a zone is here and there against a team? It’s amazing how right there in your face obvious it is, yet you hate it like the plague (cause NBA NBA NBA NBA says Cal).

[pauled#1]

Thought we had a little life there. The real Lance Ware stood up. We suck.

Lance couldn’t start for Cumberland College, he has no business playing for Kentucky.

[RACdad]

Cal hates shooters. Currently Wallace is the only player on the court that can make a jumper with regularity

[richbrookstomato]

Hey Cal, how many times is Brown going to make a 3 before you guard him??!!!!!!!!

[bigblue1971]

For everything Oscar does really great, he is a terrible perimeter defender.

[SparksCat]

Thiero is a basketball player. A legit basketball player

[kingdom come cat]

Cal needs to get Toppin out and put in a shooter

[KyCatFan1]

Think I'm about to turn it off. I'd be surprised if we lose by less than 10 but expect it to be by 20.

[fisherscatfan_rivals101526]

There is a strong possibility that UK does not make the NCAA tournament.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

Does anybody honestly give a **** what happens on Saturday with basketball or football. Football is in a meaningless game and basketball sucks. I will want both to win but don’t have the same energy I used to have for this

[bbnkat02]

Amazing what a new coach can do for you.

Hint hint

[STL_Cat]

Hey Cal, ever notice how effective a zone is here and there against a team? It’s amazing how right there in your face obvious it is, yet you hate it like the plague (cause NBA NBA NBA NBA says Cal).

A well-timed zone, too. They haven’t shown it much but as soon as we cut the lead to 9 they switched to that zone and completely took us out of the rhythm we had. Back to 17.

[TheDude73]

Cal doesn't guard 3. It is 2022.

The NBA doesn’t guard the 3. We look just like the worst NBA team ever.

[Crawfords Corner]

Toppin should be guard Brown.

[Bkocats]

I understand completely.

I'm gonna sit through this entire crap sandwich. I don't know why but I am.

Honestly I probably will too

[bbnkat02]

Calipari has sucked the passion out of us.

Even with passion dead this defines freaking logic.

[zannmann]

I can’t even stand to hear Cal’s voice any more.

The bad thing he does do, he gives up alot of 3's. Doesn't go out on shooter.

[wccat]

I do believe apathy has set in for me. I don't get upset. I don't expect a W. I actually expected a L tonight. Cats have been totally dominated. Punched in the face and totally backed down. Just like their coach.

Sorry CJ has been a huge disappointment. But then again so has Toppin.

[megablue]

Brooks > Toppin
Grady > Reeves
Mintz > Fredrick
Oscar not as good this year
Wallace = Washington
Wheeler = Wheeler
Livingston > Hopkins (last year)

[Shaudylo]

A weird way to get hurt

[kywildcat1021979]

Cal needs to get Toppin out and put in a shooter

It will be Toppin for Ware you’re not going to get anything different from Cal!

[KentuckyStout]

There is ZERO energy on Kentucky's bench.

[Catlogic15]

If Ware, Wheeler, and Toppin are on the floor it’s a guaranteed loss. Sit them for the season and we could improve. Or at least not be as bad.

[richbrookstomato]

For everything Oscar does really great, he is a terrible perimeter defender.

And Post passer. And Free Throw shooter tonight.

[Cbbcrazy2]

This bunch may turn into a team at some point but I highly doubt it. Sad

[KentuckyWildcatDC]

Cason Wallace should shoot every-time down. Either it’s a miss, or 50/50 chance Oscar rebounds it. Lol we really started Lance Ware in 2022/2023, you can’t **** like that up.

[Eccain01]

Hey Cal, ever notice how effective a zone is here and there against a team? It’s amazing how right there in your face obvious it is, yet you hate it like the plague (cause NBA NBA NBA NBA says Cal).

Hell they play zone a lil bit in the NBA now . The warriors use it all the time

[SparksCat]

Wheeler and Ware try. They just aren’t able

Toppin just sulks and throws tantrums

Thiero just needs playing time. Lots of it
