At least two or three times a game, McConnell correctly identifies that the team needs a basket ... and he decides to take the game over by himself. The only problem is he is a terrible offensive basketball player and probably the least equipped player on the team to play 1 on 5 while kamikazeing to the basket. Is it too much to ask for Pike to tell him to stop doing that?

The upper classmen on this team have been a huge let down the last 5 games. Paul, Cliff, and Caleb are giving us next to nothing on offense.

Michigan has one upperclassmen that outplayed our 3. And their young kids were ready and ours weren’t. And this is more of a me thing cause I’m superstitious but when was the last blackout announced game we’ve won hahah. Illini last year I think? Anyway, I know I know jerseys don’t matter.

Recruiting. It's coming. We play hard, but we are limited from a talent perspective.

Just looking at random guys from Michigan's team, they have a bunch of four and five star talent. You see it on the court.

Hard to run an offense without any offensive talent but you know that

you can still run action and sets. We just have either 4 guys standing around the perimeter ball watching or 3 guys standing around the perimeter watching and then just a simple pick and roll.

I understand we're a defensive program but you can be a defensive program but still run some offense
