I've noticed Myles is just bringing the ball uptinto shooting position and shooting, almost in one motion, on his FTs and seems to be shooting them a bit better. I seem to recall him bringing the ball into shooting position and then pausing before shooting. Am I imagining things?

Our touch around the basket leaves a lot to be desired. Just can't finish and usually no foul, but we miss so many FTs it doesn't matter.

Our perimeter guys (other than Young) do not have the foot speed to stop dribble drive penetration. Illini guards getting by MM and Geo too easily. Myles comes to help they make a good pass for an easy layup.

This. Curbelo abusing Geo off the dribble

Agree and one of the things that makes JY so valuable.

Does he always shoot free throws with stiff legs?

Why does Georgi always kill us? His numbers are generally pedestrian against everyone else

Mulcahy with a real mixed game today. Two horrible travels and a bricked trey, but some huge rebounds and great help defense on Cockburn. And made his 2 FTs.
