Keep doing what we're doing (duh!). Keep going to the basket. We'll get blocked some, miss some, but we'll draw fouls and force them to lay off. Keep running. It's our best offense, will tire out their short bench (as shown in last 7-8 minutes). Keep defending, and they'll give up. Stay away from TOs.
Nebraska is not going to go away. We have to weather the storm. This is where you need 3 point shooters to keep them at distance because they are going to make some this half. We aren't going to shut them down like the 1st half all game.
This will be a matter of execution on both ends of the court...Nigel 8 points are difference between being up and playing well vs struggling. He's at least providing a threat that Nebraska has to account for.
This is the MO of this team this year. Its literally every game. Depth might be an issue but Pikiell has got to close some od these games.
we held NU scoreless for 7 mins in the 1st half. Awesome for us but we weren't going to to that the whole game. They are going to make shots. They have made 2 strongly contested 3s in the last few minutes. Thats what good college basketball teams will do. We have to counter that by scoring ourselves, the problem is we have literally no one to turn to.
I'm 100% behind this staff but it boggles the mind that we can't even get an open shot for Williams, the one guy who has the ability to make it??? It seems like we just don't run plays for him which I just don't get. Find a way to get him 15 shots a game

there are two halves to a game. Did Rutgers forgets that? They might have to petition the NCAA to make games only 20 minutes long.

This is right about the time Nigel and Corey self destruct and kill the team with their out of control play and turnovets
You can only attack so much. At some point the sit in the lane begging us to shot.

Didn't Pike say the first 10 seconds of the shot clock belongs to the players? If so, maybe mike has to get his shots doing that time.

Freeman is single handily going to lose this game for us. While Sanders is doing everything possible to win it.
