Game Thread: Northwestern vs. Rutgers

I’d love us to get 40

And run the clock virtually to zero doing so. Would be a solid way to cap it.

[zeek55]

Nice exclamation point by Chiles there fooling the whole defense.

That's 42.

Yes… eat it Schianno!

Never mind lol!

BAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA

27 has no idea what was goin on. Hell yeah

[eddie_gocats]

Old me would say we scored too fast… new me says score another quick!

[jensberg]

If we could play the way we play the first quarter and the fourth quarter all the time we would be quite an impressive team.

[eddie_gocats]

I believe we are bowl eligible now…

[freewillie07]

Believe that’s first time since 45-43 Illinois game in 2023 we have put up over 40 in the Big Ten.

[zeek55]

Disastrous tackling. Like 6 guys had a shot at that tackle.

[AdamOnFirst]

Backups are in on defense

It’s the entire second unit.

Great tip into INT to end the game.

Rush defense needs a ton of work. Braun/McGarigle need to make sure they have that ready for Oregon/Iowa/Ohio State.

[freewillie07]

At this point, no injuries to the 1s >>>>> style points

[zeek55]

Credit to Chiles, had a rough stretch there in the 3rd quarter capped by that INT only to come back with two terrific drives for 2 TDs.

Anticipating the WR headline … Despite porous D, NU does enough…

As long as they porous a cold one, that's ok

[eddie_gocats]

Best start since 1950?!?!?!

Upon further review Peacock graphics QA needs work.

Chiles > Persa
