We are fortunate to be ahead as much as we are despite totally dominating the game due to some bad chances that should have been intercepted.
Yeah he had several games of solid decisions and now bad decisions and throws. Should have run it or short passes when we had 1st down at midfield

A lot to like in that half, but Stone got away with some bad decisions. Also hate Lujan’s play calling late in the half. Purdue is still in the game despite being dominated so far.
Stone needs to be a game manager in a run dominant offense. Luckily for him that fits perfectly with the strengths of this team. That's what we saw last week with relatively few pass attempts mostly in the play action game when the defense is packing the box to counter our physical running game. Any time the play calling gets away from that identity, we get in trouble. The sequence of offensive play calling with three straight drop back passes leading up to the fake punt was head scratching and an invitation for Purdue to make a play that could completely change the momentum of the game. Lujan needs to stop getting cute and stick with what has been working. A heavy dose of Himon/Komalafe behind our bruising OL with some play action and screen passes sprinkled in. Love the heavy personnel with multiple TEs including Preckel in the lineup. Preckel has a unique skill set that can be utilized very creatively by the right OC. Reminds me a bit of former Chicago Bear and Stanford Cardinal, Brad Muster.

Purdue moving now, but if they just keep running, it will take a long time

I think they even got a favorable spot. His knee was clearly down before he stretched out. Can't imagine this can be overturned

Komo finally leaving tent sans pads. Heading to locker room.

Didn't appear distressed, looked like left shoulder when he originally walked off field.
Hope it's just precautionary. We don't need him today, but we will next week

Also, Eligon sounds like a name from Lord of the Rings
