Northwestern (5-3, 0-1 Big Ten) hosts Ohio State (6-1, 0-0 Big Ten) today at Welsh-Ryan Arena. The game is set to tip off at 1 pm CT and will air on BTN.

Talked to some of the student journalists here today, and they are worried about student attendance today because finals week starts Monday. We're about 17 minutes to tip and the student sections are 20-25% full.

Yes, it's on the availability report. He went through warmups, though, and was dunking. Clayton is starting in his place.

Maybe we need a new shoe contract. I've never seen a team with such poor foot speed as this group.

These new rules are no better til they get it right for good and the refs receive proper training on obviously not flagrant fouls.

These refs are absolute trash. It’s been unimaginably bad. The conference needs to figure this out. This can’t happen in a conference game.

It’s not getting calls. It’s having functioning eyes and making a competent and correct call. These guys are complete and utter fools and have zero business being employed in this industry.

Why is Max Green only getting 2 minutes in this game??? He can open things up and it's not like we're solid on defense without him. He needs to get more opportunities. Period.

Agree it makes absolutely no sense that green isn't playing more he's the only guy that we can rely on making a three-point shot even though he's not perfect. Something is going on that just doesn't make sense either that or we have a coach that isn't as good as we think he is. Still don't understand why melons doesn't play more for defensive purposes as well

Collins is a meathead. He thinks Gelo shows toughness. Green makes shots. Give me Max.
