The first half interception was the same and led to a touchdown, which is the difference in this game. Stone hasn't been good today but the game is totally different if the receivers come down with those catches.
What game are you watching? The first half interception was tipped by a linebacker right in the passing lane that Stone obviously did not see.

That was genuinely some of the silliest **** imaginable. A couple more first downs and either n end zone pick or outright winning would have been even sillier, but that was pretty ******* silly

Well, that’s not how you “win Big Ten Championships.”

Get to work, coach.

I will leave here with this thought: this is the worst part of NIL.

I just think of Preston Stone a hired contractor who we grossly overpaid to deliver six wins, half of which we probably would have gotten without him.

And yet, can't blame the kid for maximizing his payday.

He's getting paid a lot of money to put up just over 2,000 yards of passing and a 14/12 TD/INT ratio over an entire season. I'd say the crap is justified.
We win 2 games without him. This team has lots of issues, including WRs that can’t catch.

Just curious...anyone have a drink/shot of choice for TDs? Mine has been Bushmill's since the Motor City Bowl of 2003.

EDIT: All are welcome to join. Too few NU traditions...
I wanna thank you for getting me thinking about this and inspiring a nice mug of holiday buttered rum that helped make the end of that game more hilarious than enraging

This team doesn’t even go to a bowl game without Stone. He almost single-handedly won the game last week.
How many have we lost because of his poor play? Tonight for sure. Even an average QB performance gets us a win tonight.
