Totally — it’s so dumb that the announcers singled out Saka and couldn’t even admit ILL got away with one — and now the ILL FG kicker makes a season long. Good grief. Can our offense please punch them back in the mouth now.

Unbelievable to give up even a field goal after being 2nd and 35 on their side of the field. It’s these small things, TD just before half and now this drive which took up half the 3rd quarter and we failed to keep them from scoring.

I am really concerned at what has happened to our D. They have completely fallen off a cliff the last 2 weeks.

I think they are done. Defense has been spotty all night and now the offense is getting pushed around. Two non called penalties killed us too.

The team that lost to Bowling Green in the Detroit bowl and the one that lost the Ticket City bowl were pretty marginal. Not a fair judgment of our offense tonight but the D is really bad, definitely not bowl team caliber.
