All from that one play where Nu looked like thad a sack and then the Maryland recoverer came up with the ball even thought the DB got a hand on it. Razors edge between success and failure.

I suspect they want to keep the ball out of the hands of Maryland’s deep returner. It has been pretty effective so far. The last several drives Maryland has started drives inside the 25.

I'm happy that they have actual pressure, but he's a veteran. Know how to move out of it

I know it's obvious, but Sullivan and the offense plays so much better when they have 3rd-and-3 instead of 3rd-and-12. He's just looked more confident overall, and it's because he realizes he doesn't have to make up for the big losses on first and second down all at once (though I think the TD to Kirtz was on a 2nd-and-14). He just seems to be more decisive today.

Third and long, this is not a good recipe for a sustained drive..I would like to see Bajakian out scheme Maryland. Can our guys build on what we have seen and attack weaknesses?

It’ll have to be short passes, or improvement from the OL. The RBs have been pretty ineffective. (Combined 11 carries for 31 yards as I write.)
