Wheeler would have been a really good fit with WCS, AD, Noel, and even Jackson. Getting to the rim/paint at will and tossing it up on the glass for above the rim springy bigs to clean up use to be one of Cals strategies…but we haven’t had that type of big the last 2 years. Collins was the hope but he just doesn’t have a sturdy enough physique to do it through traffic and contact and get position on the paint

Wheeler steadying the ship in the second half may help us get out with the W. I’ve been as harsh as anyone on him but he has settled us down second half. Had we had to go Thiero the rest of the game this was trending badly. Let’s just finish it get the W and get home.

Reeves having a career night and Ole Miss missing multiple layups and some unforced turnovers and being a terrible team has helped us get the W.

Wheeler has 9 assists, but he is also 2/8 from the field and continues to be a defensive liability.

If opposing coaches actually do their homework, they would attack Wheeler with taller guards, and use more pick and roll.

How did 21-1 Florida Atlantic lose that 1 game to Ole Miss by 13 ? They are listed as a 7 seed and they lost to Ole freaking Miss!

Ole Miss had their top 2 scorers playing against FA.

Seems like we give up a basket EVERY TIME to ANY opponent's play after a timeout.
