to anyone watching on tv, Are we just not driving to the basket at all? 9 missed 3 pointers and only 2 free throw shots. we have 2 free throw shots to their 6 fouls and they have 14 free throws to our 10?

The only surprising thing so far this season is that we were actually a bucket falling from beating St. Johns and Wake Forest.

do you see how careless our passes are with the ball..that is unacceptable, I don't care how young or what lack of talent you have

It's hard to describe. I don't see much of any consistency from one possession to the next. Players don't look confident...someone will get a pass and appear open for a shot, but will then dribble into a double team...like they are not sure what to do. Ball is repeatedly passed down low and then turned over. This is the first I've seen of the team this year and it's pretty hard to watch.

That was in the past, Jordan's teams get worse as the season progresses.

Wagner lost to St Johns by 4 so it's not like they are good or anything. Also consider Mullin coached like two games in his life before that game. Ha

the way to describe it is not well coached, its basically freeballing and its been that way all year.

Been like that since Eddies arrival. The kids don't respect the ball. Simply no attention to details.

The St. John's team we lost to was a train wreck. They were missing players though and will get better this year.

Wagner only lost to SHU by like 9. St Johns is god awful this year. We had double digits leads against two bottom feeders who were playing poorly and then allowed them to mount comebacks to win the games in the end. Our only shots for wins are FDU, UMass Lowell, Nebraska, and Penn State

GW has a group of kids who understand the game and an excellent coach. Just not fair to have them waste a couple hours with EJ and his band of misfits.

Pretty sad that there are people on this board who think that there are more than two B1G players on the roster or that there is a coach on the staff that could find another job with a B1G program.

Hobbs made a good decision to stay home for the wrestling match.

I still think we pull one game out of our asses in addition to wins against fdu and Lowell. Hope that's not it for the season.

In all seriousness, not sure why people are surprised...I predicted 9-23 and I was being pessimistic versus most others. Turns out I was too optimistic. 7-25 is more likely. What will it take to move on from EJ?

But he needs at least 5 years to build a program. Can't you see the progress..lol

We don't know how to score. Pretty bad
The problem is that the basket isn't big enough and that there always seems to be a lid on the basket when Rutgers shoots. Its beyond belief because long suffering fans have watched nightmare games like this for decades.

i think we needed a practice facility 10 years ago. But there is no excuse for the condition of this program, facility or not.

Eddie would have this same exact team whether he had a practice facility or not.

Eddie continues to set history of lows with this program....34 point loss..where does it rank in worst losses of all time...I would think in the modern day era with UL being tops, this has to be scratching into the top 10.

Rutgers drives to the basket usually resulted in blocked or altered shots. The offense was totally clueless in attacking the 1-3-1 zone.

They are clueless in attacking any defense.

I'd love to see their practices.

Without Freeman its hard to imagine Rutgers winning any B1G games and defeating NJ opponents is becoming a nightmare.

well it looks like TheHype was right on the money, its a shame he took so much abuse for stating his beliefs and not being afraid to state them
