I am on a cruise and the internet feed does not support video & the game is not on the radio. Can someone provide a quarterly update?

A bit of a scoring drought for RU. Score with 2:18 left in the 1H is VU 25 RU 20.

Poor shooting by both teams in one quarter of 1H: RU 25% 1Q and VU 25% 2Q.

VU gets a better start in 3Q and leads 35-31 with 6:17 remaining in the frame.

Way too many turnovers by Scarlet Knights overall but tie game just under five minutes in the quarter: 35-35.

KK way to fancy with game basically even. Mack doing well. Still looks like a pick up game.

low scoring games in the last two games leave little margin for error especially on the road.

ScarlettK80, what is the visual on the TOs? What kind of fouls?

If Vandy hit their FTs, ...

RU is playing sloppy as can be, especially arella. Mack the only bright spot. Noga also needs to SIT.

Maybe Arella just needed a little time on the bench. Since returning to the game, she has a rebound, a lay-up, and a jumper.

RU reach a 5-pt margin after a Mack jumper. VU calls time out trailing 53-48.

53 - 48 RU up(FINALLY). Arella woke up, and Mack continues to impress. Now they need to play some tough D and don't get stoopid.

Twenty-four seconds remain, and RU has the lead 59-56. RU timeout then VU with a foul. Mack is bank! Hits both FT for a 61-56 edge.

Commodores unable to withstand the Mack attack in the fourth. Scarlet Knights overcome a deficit, make FTs at the end, and take the W. Final score 62 56 RU. Whew!

This was a good win for RU. Vandy came in 5-1, with the loss being to UConn by just 14 points or so.

Were we the first or second game? If the latter, who do we play in the final?

thanks.

Once Maori adapts to the college game and can learn to avoid fouls, she is going to ROLL! Here is her line: 13m, 3-3, 6p, 1r, 1s, 4f.

Maori is still a baby, and needs to slim down and bulk up some. But the instincts are there.

Thanks.

I looked at GT and SH to see how they're doing. GT is unbeaten and clobbered UGa on the road. Don't know how good Georgia is these days but they were always a respectable program in the past, when we used to play them from time to time.

If GT defeats SH and RU wins the tourney, it would be a real boost to our RPI. And I believe we have another ACC opponent coming up soon for the Challenge, this time at home.
