So impressed with the crowd noise and atmosphere yesterday.

I hope it can be replicated for conference games this season.

I saw how it boosted the RU players, they fed off the crowd support.
And on the other end how it distracted an experienced SHU team in the 2nd half.

The RAC can give the best home court advantage in the conference.

Does anyone know when we can find out the TV ratings for this game?

Former conference mates from the Big East are familiar with the noise level at the RAC. Our current B1G brothers don't know it. Therefore, they don't respect it... just yet. They'll learn soon enough.

This is true.

So despite our resurgence under Pike, B1G teams coming to the RAC will be SHOCKED by how loud it gets.

They would be wise to listen to Jim Calhoun’s take on the RAC after that nail biter in the early 2000s when we took UConn down to the wire (2002? 2004?)

Put a solid product out on the court and be a threat to make deep runs in the conference tournament and the NCAA. People will respond.

Beat Stony Brook and Hartford. Then on Fri, 1/5 vs Wisc and Sun, 1/14 vs OSU I’d expect the RAC to be a zoo.
