I think they’ll look good. Remember how ****** the grey military jerseys looked when adidas released the fan version? Then, when the ones the team wore came out we all loved them. I think they will be alright. Maroon and gold look nice together

Back in 2015 there were some replica versions of a scrapped Egg Bowl design that were sold online but never worn. However, that was the exception, not the rule.

These match the current design template and are being sold in a legit store- so you’re correct, it’s pretty likely that a similar jersey will actually be worn come Thanksgiving Night.

I agree and think that's what the majority of our fans think, also. Apparently, our AD doesn't agree, and thinks we should do something different.

The ambient light directly above is hitting the hanger, this is going to cause overexposure of tag (which is clearly happening). Why would the tag be over exposed if it is right next to the white on the jersey? The plastic tag is going to reflect more easily that fabric. This is why it is brighter at the top of the SEC logo and slightly more yellowed at the bottom. The person standing in front, taking the picture also is distorting light exposure on the front of the jersey further from over lights that are positioned further away than the overhead light. Look also at the other jerseys, same style but notice the exposure of the hangers?

This is correct. The jerseys pictured are maroon and white. I personally would love to see the team run out onto the field on Thanksgiving Day wearing gold from head to toe.

You might have seen some Egg Bowl jerseys but it's definitely not the one pictured in this thread. Those are the standard jersey, literally have seen these in person and the picture is obviously of a poorly white balanced photo. Sorry grandpa.

These are maroon and white. The 19 on the chest is the same color as the 19 and striping on the sleeves (white). The 1 and 9 on the chest are simply in a shadow which darkens their appearance.

Wow. I’ll file this under optical illusion. The sleeve accent is absolutely white without a hint of gold. Look at the jerseys hanging on the racks. The 1 and 9 on the chest of the front jersey are almost facing each other due to an indentation which creates a shadow.

We didn't all love them. I thought they look liked ****, but I respected the purpose.
