Next year's schedule shows nebraska 5th on the schedule but none of the big ten games have dates attached to them yet. I also dont think we finish the season with four road games and last one at Washington which that schedule also shows haha
The games are just listed as opponenets on next years schedule. They aren't in any order yet.......

I trust the conference to make the most profitable schedule.

Spot on. Because I remember a group we were going to that game because one time group we could go because most of us couldn’t Black Friday. Wisc-MN was to be played instead and I remember Nebby fans and AD very upset.

As for other games the conference has been pretty adamant they want 2 games on Black Friday so odds are it stays since both schools comfortable with it and no other school or rivalry game chomping at the bit to play that day.
I completely agree with the concept that IA-NE may very well be a permanent Black Friday game now that the B1G has decided to have two Black Friday games every season. It makes perfect sense to always have IA-NE that day while rotating MN-WI, IN-PU, IL-NW and maybe OR-WA, USC-UCLA and MSU/PSU/RUT/MD.

Of course, there’s still the possibility that the B1G (or whoever is “in charge” of these decisions) might decide to have IA and NE play different opponents on Thanksgiving weekend like was planned in ‘20. I’m not in favor of that, but it’s not up to me.
