100%. Spare the rod and such. Spoiled, entitled, lack of awareness, hypersensitive, over dramatic. Discipline, or lack there of, is a critical factor in all of those traits that seem descriptive of liberals. Being told no, or understanding you’re not the most important person on the planet is learned, a lot of these guys never got the lesson.
That’s why so many of their positions seem hypocritical imo. Perfect example would be vaccines and illegals. You will not find a more rapid proponent for vaccine mandates and open borders than liberals. So one hand, if you’re a citizen you can’t go to the grocery store or need to be put in camps without a vaccine, while simultaneously opening the door to third world immigrants that not only aren’t vaccinated, they don’t even have identification to determine who they are. When you’re so wrapped up in virtue you lose sight of contradictions, mainly because it’s all for show.
To be honest, I've never seen an issue where demonrats weren't hypocritical. Can you point to one?

Same thing with the Jesus gotcha crap. They have nothing but contempt for Christians and their beliefs. Except when it serves them, in a manner they can manipulate, then they want to ridicule you and play games. I quit playing that game with them.

Wrong. It's more of a generational thing. I'm old enough to remember corporal punishment being administered in elementary school. The teachers in my first and second grade classes used to whack kids who got out of line with yardsticks and chalkboard pointer sticks.

by the way did you ever watch - on Netflix - "Vietnam:the turning point"......it's a great story of how our politicians lie to us. And happily it's bipartisan. It's interesting and a good watch

Politicians on both sides of the aisle were stridently anti-communist, which made them war hawks when it came to Vietnam. Lots of people lied their asses off both prior to and during that war. McNamara, Dulles, Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon are just a few of them.
in some measure, that was the beginning of Americans distrust of government.
