McConnell, Johnson & Doucoure are also recruits of Pikiell and his staff. That makes 10 of our 12 scholarship players recruited by Pikiell. He also should get credit for getting Thiam to re committing to RU.Doorson is the only guy that he had nothing to do with recruiting.
I am hoping for the same and possibly add Massoud in 2019 but we would need a second scholarship in 2019 for that to happen.
I doubt Mulcahy comes to Rutgers after the Young commitment.There will be a surplus of guards in 2019-20.
Compared to who? Good teams are going to have competition and there would be a two year gap in eligibility as Young will be junior. If Villanova is truly his dream school, than I dont think competition is his biggest concern.
Myles Johnson, McConnell and Doucoure as well. He has completely turned over the roster with intriguing talent in a very short period of time. Remarkable job.
