These guys are good, they are burying Murray like they are supposed to, and they did Duke nearly twice. Watch out for them if the top seeds clear out.

They're good but they've hit every shot. Murray hasn't played any defense at the rim either.

They would be the favorite against any of the three seeds, except maybe Texas Tech. They were underseeded imo and are a threat to anyone.

They only flew under the radar because of UVA, Dook, and UNC***. Anywhere else and they would've gotten a lot more press. They good.

They look great tonight. But they often underperform. They lost to Pittsburgh, Boston College, and Villanova.

According to Kenny Smith there will be an all ACC final four, it could be I it just irks me to hear it come from him. I'm sure he wants an all ACC final four.

Florida State looks like the most dangerous team in that bracket right now. Playing great basketball and those games they had against Duke, UVA, and UNC will definitely not hurt their confidence. Impressive win tonight.

Had them coming out of that bracket. Have a friend who’s a huge Fla St. fan. I honestly don’t understand people downplaying them. They are solid.

I think it’s people like me who don’t think Leonard Hamilton is a good coach. Yes he can recruit athletes but he will fizzle out in the next few games.....normally

They've got tons of size and athleticism and they're tremendous defensively.

Against a team like Murray they can just play over them and get in transition and score a ton. Against a good team they'll struggle offensively.

If some guys can make key shots they have a chance but I don't think they can beat Gonzaga.

They lost all those games by double digits except the 1st game against Duke. They were 0-5 against those teams, not sure how that helps your confidence.

Really like T. Mann. Seniors like Travis and Mann always play well in big moments.

They looked real good against Murray St, unfortunately. Gonzaga stops them from going any further, IMO

I have them knocking off the Zags in my brackets. I think they are too tough for them. The Zags haven't played a team as good as them in over 3 months.

I have no idea why Hamilton does not play Kabengale and Koumadje together. They would be unstoppable but instead he subs them for each other.

The mighty Zags by double digits. Basketball players vs athletes. Basketball players win. Mark it down. Guaranteed.

I heard a rumor Leonard Hamilton still coaches them. There’s the ceiling.
So true. One of my favorite stats:

This is his 30th year as a head coach in a power conference. He has now made it out of the first weekend 4 times.

Bashing Hamilton seems to be a thing around here. You know, if there's anything that really disappoints me about the Big Blue Nation, it's how former coaches and even players are disrespected on these boards. Seems only Rupp is exempt, and Hall, though not until 20+ years after he retired.

It may be a fact that Hamilton has only been out of the first weekend four times in thirty years, but why is that one of your "favorite" facts?

I just don’t see it. They knocked us out in the Sweet 16 last year and we get them in the Sweet 16 again this year. Clarke was phenomenal tonight, 36 points, eight rebounds and five blocks only the third person in March Madness history to get 35 points and five blocks in a game joining the Admiral and Shaq. And Corey Kispert, our small forward played great as well, but Rui was invisible and Zach Norvell, our shooting guard has been in a major slump. I just don’t know how we’re going to keep up with Florida State’s depth, athleticism and height. I sure as heck hope that I am dead wrong.

Yeah, FSU can definitely cause problems. They've always got talent and they're really...

The other candidates are Sutton, Pitino, Tubby, and Billy Clyde. 3 of the four earned the scorn of the fanbase.

It's not like we take pride in it. Hamilton was a coach here and that's great. He's made a great career for himself and has stayed relevant for a long time. I'll always root for him to beat 99% of teams.

But he's never a threat in March. It's a fact.

Lol, most teams will fizzle out in the next few games being there are 16 teams left

Lol they may beat them, but no one is bitchslapping this FSU team.

Carolina did, Pittsburgh (with fat Capel) did, Pittsburgh [roll][roll]Their coach is sitting behind a desk in the postseason. That’s the definition of “***** slapped.”
