1. Take away all Black Shirts for at least the next 4 games.

2. Players and coaches no longer access the media. “Go Dark”

3. Open most positions, special teams and offensive line in particular.

4. Try freshmen in the next game for several positions so they get a taste of what it is like.

I agree that a youth movement sounds enticing. But that may end up as a disaster as well. There are no quick fixes and I think we fans just need to be patient and let the coaches do their thing.
I also don't think we should "go dark" in terms of the players talking to the media. I think that might instill too much of an "insider vs. outsider" dynamic. We have been down that path before.

I just don’t see how any of those things will help us become a better team. There is a talent problem and a mental problem which causes some of the guys to surrender quickly against superior teams. I don’t think the players are being lazy and want to lose, they just don’t know what it takes to win. We need to win to stay motivated. Let’s take care of business against Purdue.

I agree about the roster. I believe that is what Rutgers is doing currently and taken to the woodshed by Buffalo! I see a little rotation of the oline and trying to find a better punt returner other than that. I know Rutgers is in worse shape than us, but opening up the depth chart and starting all over again would not end well imo.

Get a three year extension.

The future is bright for this program. Double down on Frost.
This is not a sarcastic post. This would be a message that I would send to the team and to fans.

Remember though...Anyone, including Freshmen, can play in 4 games in a season and STILL count that year as their redshirt season.

What if Frost wants to send a one game (or two game) message to Juniors and Seniors?

Those Freshmen can play (or any player who still hasn't had a redshirt season yet), play them for a game or two...to show to the 3rd, 4th, 5th year guys what they are missing...and maybe, just maybe, it will click for a few.

Let the kids you want to redshirt continue to practice and play them the last 4 games of the year. Well, maybe Bethune cookman, skip Ohio state and then the last 3 haha. Don’t need to kill their confidence by putting them out there against the bucks.

I agree play the kids most motivated( freshman included), and watch the game film to decide who is playing hard.

That punt return by Michigan was awful , no was wanting to tackle that guy it seemed .

I have seen the youth movement and it is precarious, at best. It presents all sorts of problems.

So one plays simply because they are a underclassman which causes all sorts of conflicts.

The coach is essentially signally that the season is over, we surrender.

It shows a lack of confidence in your upper classmen and their leadership.

It shows that the coaches were not able to reach the expectations they had for the upper classmen so now it is time to give up on them and try something new.

It seems like he is already doing it to a certain extent with some positions but wholesale changes would/could be disastrous.
