Anybody get any interesting tidbits from it?

I found interesting he said he was waiting on one signing and would accept another? Nusi Malani is the only one I could think of..or maybe this was the "suprise" signing people were talkin about.

He also said they meet with Mo Wash tomorrow and hope to come to a resolution. The fact that a meeting taking place is a positive sign for both parties. His grades must not have fallen off the cliff..its finals week..some of his grades are already final.

I know some disagree but I have no bones with keeping him. Dudes an elite talent. He just needs to get his crap in order and if he can and does, look out.

I know I had the IQ of a Gerbil when I was 18. He's not the only young man who has had a tough time learning common sense. He very well might come around.....I hope he does!

The kid made a mistake! I guarantee you that if he was just an ordinary kid, living a normal life of ordinary college kid, or just straight to the workforce, this whole troubled mess wouldn’t even exist!
Instead, he’s a very talented kid with a future ahead that with his ability, the sky is the limit!..and parents of a girl whom, until we see facts that she wasn’t a willing participant, also made a poor decision to be around trash! and let’s put some blame on parents while we’re at it! My 17 year old daughter will never be around young trash like the ones in the video as IM A HUGE A PART OF HERE LIFE and she has morals instilled in her by a father and mother whom care and have 100% interest in her life!
Again, until this case shows she was raped and the young trash who were involved are charged and off the streets, this issue is nuts! Also, was the girl in question the only person to receive the video? If so, the prosecution is really reaching!
Mr. Washington should just put his nose to the grindstone, volunteer on his time away from football to help other troubled youth and become a role model!.. all the while, leading Nebraska to championships and becoming a first round NFL prospect!
I pray for all involved!

We’re all in a glass house! I guess we’ll know by tomorrow night if there’s a plan in place that he’s willing to follow to become a better human being! If not, then I wish him well! Otherwise, he’s hopefully going to mature and become the person that God blessed him to be!

Meh, he's athletic but he's fragile as heck. Seems like he has to come out of the game after every time he gets hit.

Even if Frost and MO come to mutual terms. They still have the court case to deal with. If that turns into something, he is probably gone no matter what.
I know Frost wants to try and "save" every kids, but there has to come a point for the sake of the other players and the team that you say enough is enough. If Frost is trying to ingrain, hard work, team first, do the right thing type of mentality having Mo is showing the opposite of that. If he does allow him back it must be with a very short leash and zero 2nd chances. I believe is already on his 3rd or 4th chance.

I'm sure there are a number of posters going through the transcript and over-analyzing every single word that Frost said today.
And if we are lucky, they will make several posts in every single unrelated thread that will tie back to how Frost shouldn't have said this or Frost shouldn't have said that. And it would have been SO MUCH better if only he had phrased it like such and such. Because that's what's really important don't you know.
I mean, does Moos need to hire a speechwriter for our coaches so our fans can be truly satisfied?

Frost has sales training, he speaks with a low, trusting, genuine, forceful grace.

Frost has great phone/sales skills. Excellent public speaking voice.

I don’t know on Mo. I am all for second and third chances and, believe me, I know kids make mistakes. But, it isn’t just his legal problems, he also quit on his team in the middle of the season. This seems like a situation where this just isn’t a healthy relationship for Nebraska’s side. No could do considerable damage again and I’m not sure he makes the team better. Did he really demand to be moved to CB? No way he helps us as a CB.

This.

While we were scraping the bottom of the barrel at RB due to injuries at the end of the season, he was asking to play cornerback and, once denied that request, went MIA.

As a father of daughters, I disagree. I understand he is elite talent, but I prefer just a little character and integrity. But, we need special talent to compete in a league that we recruit in the top 25% of, so what the hell.

Here would be my solution for him... if he wants to remain a part of this team he:
1.) needs to redshirt next year, this will do two things for him give him time to bulk up and toughen up, but more importantly gives him a year probation not being entirely away from football which is this kids outlet, but still off the field so he can focus on serving whatever comes from this, weather it is hard time or community service...
2.) he needs to stay trouble free and maintain like a GPA between 2.5-3.0 for the next year.. that way it gives him a fall back Incase football doesn’t pan out...
3.) it needs to be made clear that there is no room for error, this is his final shot and that 1 and 2 are yes punishments but with a purpose set to Help him to try and remove him and keep him from the things in life that got him to this point...
he made some mistakes, I do not think his mistakes were the worst of mistakes... now I say that as a father of two girls, so yes I would be absolutely furious if that was any of my girls that this happened too... but he was not the one that raped (if it was indeed rape, I will admit I do not know enough of the details to call it one way or another) that girl, he made the big mistake of perpetuating her pain by sending her a video he was directed by authorities to destroy, and making her relive that moment regardless of if it was rape or consensual...

i do not believe in punishing a kid just to punish them... he is a very luck kid to have a skill set that can remove him from that environment, so we as adults can either help cultivate those talents and help get an individual out of that environment by giving him the skills and education he needs to make better choices, or we can just toss him back to that environment and continue to perpetuate that cycle... I know I’d like to help that kid in order to help many others as well...
