That is over two years old. Don't we have enough current issues to worry about, without rehashing old press conferences?

To be fair he looked like a different qb as a freshman. It would probably help if he had an oline he could trust wouldn't get him killed.

Technically, he did not say Patrick Mahomes. Given the Chefs 2019 roster, it could have been Matt Moore or Kyle Shurmur.

Baloney. They need to use playaction or other means to allow him to get his passes off. He holds the ball wait too long. Sometimes the line doesn't hold up, but that's football. You got to learn to move around in the pocket some. He lacks awareness

Patrick trusts his receivers and isn’t afraid to throw to a receiver that has decent cover on him. Hell Adrian can’t hit wide open ones

Unfortunately now, we get a lot of the other kind of "wow" moments with AMart. Like "Wow! Did he just throw a backwards pass to an unsuspecting RB when he could have just thrown it away? This is his ninth year starting and he still makes plays like that?" or "Wow! He had Manning forty yards downfield streaking across the middle out in front of the defender and he just threw to the TE for a one yard pickup. Great job Adrian!"

He’s amazing in practice because he’s playing against our D that made Sitkowski look like an All American.

That quote never implies that Martinez is as good as mahomes. He said Adrian made a throw that he has only seen Mahomes make.

mahomes makes amazing throw regularly, Adrian did it once in practice

Maybe more concerning could Patrick Mahomes under center win us some games?
I think we’d all be surprised how a quarterback that makes fast decisions would make this team a lot better. Tommie Frazier wouldn’t have been great if he hesitated on any of his plays especially running the option

Lol. Maybe Adrian is practicing against your defense that makes every QB look like Joe Montana-Vick. 🤔

How about we roll him out to buy some time ? We have to do something ????

Has there ever been a day of practice that hasn’t amazed Frost? Compare that to Nick Saban who believes his team had never had a good quarter of practice.
