As said UNC is the most dangerous team in the tournament left. Leftover upperclassman from a championship game team might be enough for them to pull it off in this open field. I also called South Carolina to beat Duke. I'm spot on lately.

I've been wrong one time in my life And it happened when I thought I was wrong once but turns out I was right.

Hope I start predicting humanly.
How can you be spot on when UNC was the worst non-call this season away from losing to Arkansas? Not exactly "most dangerous" team worthy. Did I mention this game still has 25 minutes left?

If we lose this game tonight, with Diallo superglued to the bench Calipari will have some answering to do. Diallo has been practicing with the team for months and is the perfect guy to shut down Ball. Diallo has actually practiced with the team longer than any of the freshmen that started right away, yet he can't play.......because why? It's not like you're protecting a redshirt year. He'll go into the draft next year for sure. Perhaps even this year. Meanwhile we have an ELIGIBLE super 5 star athlete sitting with pompoms. Is he protecting Briscoe's minutes, much like the twins at the cost of the team again?

This game is the perfect example of why you want to be a #1 seed so you can play this kinda game in the Sweet Sixteen instead of what we have tonight. Then again, who am I kidding. Our #4 seed would've been UCLA.

Butler is laying an egg. Didn't look ready to play out of the gate. DisappointI guess! They're better than this

The clouds parted and my Director had a sudden meeting that forced her to move my Saturday morning training class back to Thursday, which means I get to watch basketball today! The Final Four/Championship fall during a Chinese holiday, which means no classes for me to teach. A sign, perhaps?

on the bright side hopefully unc shot their load tonight

It is possible. We smacked around West Virginia in the Sweet Sixteen a few years ago and then barely beat Notre Dame. Then again, the West Virginia team wasn't all that great and Notre Dame should've gotten a 2 seed that year.

Good luck tonight. Hope you guys knock out that west coast team. We are in a dog fight. Baylor is huge inside. Thornwell gets slapped in the eye in the first 2 minutes and was telling the ref he can't see to shoot his FTs. He has welt under eye and cut over it. If he is off we are in trouble.

I normally don't care about UK basketball, but I have that SEC pride thing going on during the tournament. Feel good about you playing UCLA for a 2nd time. I hate UF, but may have to pull for them to shut up the talking heads still acting like the SEC have 3 teams in the tournament is some sort of abnormality they don't understand. They asked Martin after the Duke game how SC pulled that off.............he said I'll tell you how, the SEC prepares you for this and he kept reiterating it.

Apparently you don't keep up with all things UK, as it's been reported a while back that Cal asked him if he wanted to play this year, and he said no, he wanted to get in better shape, practice with the team, get better, and play next year.

Cal isn't going to walk down the bench and say "Diallo, get your butt in there!!" Not happening. Try to keep up. Cal has NOTHING to answer for, at least to any rational fan that is.

I didn't trust South Carolina going into the tournament since they appeared to be slumping but Frank Martin has got them playing like they were to start the year. Everything is going their way right now!

If you watched Butler's first round and 2nd round games, you could easily predict this. They have "some guard" speed, but their front court was more mule-like rather than thoroughbred. UNC***** is a total mismatch for their personnel. I'm sure the NCAA selection committee planned this. I hate the NCAA. #UNCCHEATS #NCAAisCORRUPT.

South Carolina looking pretty decent

oh wow, nice

Someone posted about all the empty seats at MSG at the start....................pretty damn big crowd now........not bad for SC vs Baylor since neither team is up north.

Question for UK fans..................do you want UF to win tonight? Just curious.

I thought Butler would put up more fight but I didn't see their first two tournament games, just the scores. I figured since they beat a tough MTSU team that they might have something in them but I was dead wrong.

Not sure if Coach of the Year has been awarded yet but it better go to Frank Martin if South Carolina makes the Elite Eight and beyond. Hell, I might even just go ahead and award it for simply making the Sweet Sixteen.

I love what I'm seeing out of South Carolina. They are fighting hard for every loose ball and are attacking Baylor at will. I love teams that hussle everywhere and create havoc for their opponents.

And people give Sean Miller lots of grief, but what about Scott Drew? Dude should be getting out of this region based on seed and he may lose to a #10 seed in the Sweet Sixteen.

USC looking really solid so far up 15 at half! Great defensive effort holding Baylor to 22 points.

I like that South Carolina is getting to experience this for the first time. In all likeliness, you're going to see Florida vs South Carolina for a spot in the Final Four.

If we make it out of this region, we get the luxury of playing Kansas. Meanwhile pure garbage on the left side.
