Excellent question. An Iowa loss today would keep them out of the CCG. A Boston College win against Wake Forest would set up a Clemson/Pitt rematch in their CCG. So both may have three losses before the season is done.

I sometimes wonder if "surviving the ground" includes the defender playing the ball. At full speed, the ball is dislodged quick. In slow motion, it's like he had possession for eternity.

Don't like slow motion unless it's to determine where the ball was compared to a knee down.

Is Petras injured or did he get benched?

Nebraska should have realized it was a point in the game where Iowa needed a blocked punt/big play. It looked like they sent at least four guys downfield for coverage as opposed to trying to prevent the block attempt which was obviously coming.

Whatever happened to fundamentals? Nebby stops Iowa but they fair catch the punt at the 5 yard line instead of letting it bounce through the end zone. They just aren’t a bright team.
