Fresno State Drops Wrestling

[Racpack]

Another program is cut. No sure if there are wrestlers that will help RU. They have a decorated Coaching Staff. Head Coach Steiner was a 4 time All American and National Champ wrestling for Iowa. Jason Chamberlain is a two time All American and Joe Colon is a former All American and World bronze medalist. I wonder where these guys will wind up.

This is the 3rd D1 wrestling program that has been drop. It is pretty scary stuff.

As we are all painfully aware when any thing other than FB and BB are dropped they don't come back.

Ironically Fresno WAS dropped a few years ago and brought back only to be dropped again of course.
