Too solid to be sitting as much. Should be taking more minutes away from some of the players Steve prefers to put on the floor.

needs to play starter like minutes...him, along with the starting 5 are our best 6 by a mile. Sub Duke and Shaq sparingly to spell Myles and play Young and Paul sparingly as well until they prove they can play more minutes against better comp. I get you have to play Young some because he's an enigma and you want to get him going, but he should be more of a 1/2 mistake player than he's out. If he's not turning it over and not taking bad shots, thats fine but he can't continue to play 1 on 4 and be a ball stopper on offense. His D is good but doesn't make up for his negative on the offensive end.

Despite what people might think on December 4, 2019 Steve Pikiell is not dumb. Yeboah is playing the minutes he is playing for a reason. Perhaps as he sees the alternatives aren't doing well he will adjust minutes.

I don't think Pikiell is dumb but I do think he can be too stubborn.

Last year, Harper, Mathis, and McConnell all had better numbers in B1G play than in the OOC, which was surprising to me given the competition difference. Johnson was essentially the same, which means he played better in conference than out of conference.

Whether that proves to be a one-year fluke or a thing that repeats is going to be very interesting to watch.

He isn't stubborn they weren't ready. Caleb was a complete disaster early in the year. I have zero issues how things evolved last year. When you look back I don't think the results would have been any better if he shelved Kissa earlier. In fact you could argue we don't beat Miami with a green Caleb and Harper playing a ton of minutes.
