Except Moore is accused of grabbing a 14 year old's tit. Shocking you find claims against liberals and Hollywood, but poor ol Roy Roy is just a goof.

Staged was probs the wrong word. I meant the way his hands were placed and the fact he was smiling for the camera. I'll admit the sleeping aspect does add an extra level of creep to this. I still have a bigger problem with his "rehearsal" and, as I've said many times, I don't think this is the last we hear about him.
The allegation isn't talking about grabbing one. It was grabbing an underage one. It's so useless to even try and talk with you twist any basic fact around.
Who knows? The Left says Franken was pretending to grab the tit. If she was awake, maybe she can't complain if the tit being grabbed was known?

As a business owner you should probably acquaint yourself with sexual harrassment law because if that is a big pfft to you you can look forward to the eventual lawsuit that is headed your way.
I never figured on the "it was a rehearsal" defense. They're better than I thought. I just figured the Left would come up with some way to excuse Franken even with the photo.

Over/under on if he is forced to resign? If Roy Moore survives his public lynching and still wins that seat how do they not allow him to serve if Franken is still there?

Me too, although in this case the accusation was made way back then. That said, I bet some of the accusations coming out now are false (and also that some celebs did bad stuff that they won't get accused of because the victim will never speak out).
Not to excuse what Franken did, but in comparison to other stuff that's come out the stuff about him is relatively mild so I think he's got no problem. Unless, that is, more stuff comes out about him.
Maybe you're right. But I'm wondering how the Left keeps Moore away if Alabama voters reject the smear campaign underway against him? Their whole meme prior to Franken's Tit grabbing pic was to shame the Right for voting a pervert into office. Now they have one serving (2 actully if you count Menendez) and they want everyone to only get outraged over 'ol Roy?
