once again I ask - does anyone honestly see any of these B1G teams making a run in the tourney?

and - since I already know the answer is "no" - why the F do we have to see 9 of them in the field yet again?!

complete joke of a conference year round

that meltdown couldn't have happened to a more overrated dick, either (izzo)

Crazy day of college hoops, and a great one for screaming crybaby douchebag coaches. Iowa rallies from 10 down with 40 seconds to play and wins, and ASU beats Arizona on a 60-footer at the buzzer.

In 2006 while coaching at Sienna both he and his wife (in the stands) were thrown out of a game

1 week after getting 2 Ts and it leading to a 20 point blowout L

I'm not surprised you, a shameless douchebag, continually come to the aide of fran, a shameless douchebag
Don’t forget that his kid got T’d up in that game as well. Has to be a record. Not even Bobby and Patrick Knight accumulated 3 techs in one game

And yet those idiots fall over themselves defending this ****.
Kind of like some Nebraska fans defending Bo Pelini. A guy of character cracks, casual recruiting with coaching holes and some assistant bad hires.

If it constantly takes a technical foul by the coach to get your team motivated it shows how mentally weak you are as a player. On a rare occasion that is fine but if every game you need your coach to emotionally explode there is something wrong.

Well, this is clearly a player protecting his coach, which is sort of sad but that is all it is.

I really don’t know why this clown gets my blood boiling but he just gets stupider all the time… I guess he has no level of embarrassment left in his life

I mean I watched the video again thinking of options for the ref… he SHOULD have baited the Loon into some kind of reaction… I would not want to take his garbage if I was a ref

With all his childish, lunatic antics and behavior Hawkeye fans should be most upset about his lack of making a sweet sixteen. And he has had plenty of chances. But he is a fine representative of the University of Iowa. That's why their fans think he's great.

He should have teed him up as soon as Fran took several steps toward him after the initial 5 second stare down.

He could have and should have teed him up. But it almost looks as if the ref is about to start laughing. Seems like he was holding it in. Giving him a tech probably didn't even cross his mind. Probably trying to hard not to laugh at him.

Exactly… laughter might have been the best approach😂

The guy is a embarrassment
I’m sorry, but dude that’s funny as ****. I don’t like the guy, but have zero problem with this. Think of it as a peaceful protest. What’s worse… that, or cursing out a ref in front of a bunch of toddlers?
