How many times did it happen in the 2nd half? Having this happen once is too often. These type of fouls really killed momentum and gave UMass free points.

If memory serves we’ve done it three times in each of the last two games

Just absolutely maddening. And it happens over and over. It's not an anomaly. "We can't guard the foul line." And evidently we can't guard the three point line either.

Pikiell's calling card is supposed to be defense but our players routinely mess up closeouts by either fouling or by flying by and allowing dribble penetration.

It is an easy thing to coach....if It happens one time, pull player out, but our coach is too nice he has to give everyone a fair chance

Play the guy that is so late on close outs that he isnt even in a position to foul OR fouled the 3 point shooter twice in the last game.
