Btw, we got fouled 25 times which tends to take a team out of their offensive rhythm and flow. Too many starts and stops. I think that was part of the problem with our offense and shooting today.
Absolutely. The foul shooting will win us many close games we'd always lose. Really a dramatic turnaround. Myles J. anyone?
Thank God for free throws. That’s 2 games in a row with high %. Thank you Cam and Derek. Hopefully what’s been a big negative in our past becomes a big plus. Teams use to foul us down the stretch knowing we were bad at the line
We are now shooting 74.3% from the line (52-70) after three games. That’s a huge improvement, though still a relatively small sample size.

When Spencer came I saw his foul shooting was 85%. Happy about that.
Good to see the first game seems to be an anomaly at this point. We didn’t need them the first two games and it’s good to see they buckled down when needed. At the end of last season I was very confident in list of our guys from the line. Geo and Ron were money. That’s reps and muscle memory for the upperclassmen.
