I was a star on the Haggin Court in 93-94. Once played pick up with Shep and Epps. Shep dunked on me so hard it almost made me cry.
Walked on to the football and wrestling teams but realized pretty quickly my grades were going to suffer so I bailed.
I was first Team All State field goal return in 94, recruited by Joker, didn't except scholly and went on to deliver news papers on the south side.
Walk on for UK golf team for one year in 1968-69 until I flunked out then got drafted into Army. “I was a contender. I coulda been somebody!” or so I thought...

If you are 62 you were born in 1956 or 1957 if my math skills are close to being accurate. The Bear left UK before you were born. Likewise, you would have been 16 or 17 when Rupp retired and much too young to have played for the Baron.

I checked all UK rosters in the 60's and found no one Rupp's last season was 1972

Played intramurals at UK during the late '70's. My claim to fame is winning one of the coveted Intramural Champion T-Shirts, LOL. However, I also played softball against "The Lodge", with Kyle Macy pitching and Chuck Verderber playing the outfield. One of the football players with last name Fowler (can't recall his first name) was their catcher and no one was going to run into this guy. Macy was just an average softball player but Verderber was the real deal and had an arm like a cannon.
I drove Adolph to Coach Bear Bryant's house in Tuscaloosa in 1970.He went to this mansion you wouldn't believe I rang the doorbell The Bear answered the door He told me to go in the kitchen and eat with the help.
Adolph went in the parlor and had poppers with Bear and Mary Bryant.after 3 hours Bear told me Rupp was ready to go back to the Hotel...I never saw him like that he was well lubricated..On the way home I asked him if the story about him winning the 1951 NCAA Title and receiving a Blue and White Cadillac while Bryant won the Sugar Bowl and got a cigarette lighter was true..He laughed and asked me if I believed it...I said that I was born in 1951,,He said" What did that boy do to deserve a cigarette lighter?"

You are correct my friend I have been outed. I feel a lot better now that I've been outed. I was born in 1956 and was adopted by a rich midget family that raised me up to lie. I currently experience back problems due to bending over so much as a child to kiss mom and dad. I was just messing with Morg.,and Hopediamond arguing over what Morg. post abouit playing at Memphis and then transferring to UK.
