Former MSU golfer Chad Ramey

[She Mate Me]

Cashed his biggest check as a pro with a T2 in the Pinnacle Bank Championship in, of course, Omaha.

Jumped him up to 32nd on the Korn Ferry Tour money list. Top 25 gets him a PGA Tour Card.

Go Chad!

Nice kid and a really solid golfer. Played with him once at the Fulton CC.

Something good in the air in Fulton. That little club has produced the best male and female golfer from the state right now.

Looks like he's made $110k so for this season. Not too shabby for a 26 year old getting paid to play golf.

I hope he makes it onto the tour. $110K is good but there are also a lot of expenses, and I doubt he has a sponsor to pay them.

Don't know if it's true, but I heard today that JB Holmes' 87 on Sunday cost him $700K from what it would have been had he finished in the same position he had after Saturday.

3rd was worth $718K, he finished 67th for $25K. Couldn't happen to a better fella (I despise slow play).

It's definitely very expensive to be a touring pro, but I think you can do ok if you can get north of $100k most years. This was a big payday for Chad. He's playing the best golf of his career right now.

Next few weeks are big for him, but he secured a spot on the KF Tour for next year at the least and that's important.
